EFG Engineers (Pty) Ltd is appointed on this project as the Civil Engineering consultant and responsible for the design and construction supervision of all bulk civil services. The services provided by EFG Engineers also included a Services Availability Report and Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) as part of the Land Use and Site Development Plan application.
The multi storey building is currently being constructed and the civil works are scheduled to start in March 2023.
