D’ Landen is a new Residential development fronting onto Wellington Road located in Vierlanden, in Cape Town Northern Suburbs. D’Landen Estate encapsulates the spirit of modern living, thanks to a host of lifestyle elements and comprehensive security measures. Various pristine landscaped spaces are home to an abundance of plant life, making nature an effortless part of every resident’s life. The finished product will consist of 19 Loft Units as well as 38 Duplex Family units.
EFG Engineers (Pty) Ltd was appointed on this project as the Civil Engineering consultant and was responsible for the design and construction supervision of all bulk civil services. The services provided by EFG Engineers also included a Services Availability Report and Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) as part of the Land Use and Site Development Plan application.
The civil works has been concluded and the top structure is currently being constructed.
